Grease slimming diet




One of the most challenged nutrients in a diet to lose weight is fat. These must be controlled to prevent its absorption not only causes weight gain, but causes some type of dyslipidemia. So if you want to lose weight with a diet without fat, nothing better to watch out for this example of grease slimming diet.

While proper selection of dietary fat is also important to watch how much you have to consume. Balanced diets manage a percentage between 25 and 30% fat of total daily calories, but if you're thinking faster and make losing weight a diet grease, know that this percentage is reduced to become almost fat-free diet.

So you can have a practical guide to grease a diet, I will bring an example of it.

Sample Grease slimming diet

Breakfast: 1 cup of tea with skimmed milk. 1 fresh fruit. 2 light brown rice crackers.
Morning Snack: 1 handful of nuts.
Lunch: brown rice salad with chopped egg, chopped chili moron, peas and corn. 1 fresh fruit.
Snack: 1 yogurt with 1 teaspoon of wheat germ and flaxseed.
Media Today: 1 fresh fruit.
Dinner: 1 portion of grilled fish with roasted vegetables. 1 portion of light gelatin.
This menu example grease, containing food source of protein and carbohydrates. While any of these foods contains some fat, these are of good quality.

Remember that when making a diet is always advisable to consult a doctor or nutritionist to give you a system so you can lose weight and in turn give you all the nutrients your body needs.
