Weight loss diet shake



Here we have a great liquid diet for weight loss.The shakes are great for losing weight as well replace some meals, always adding few calories and incorporating many nutrients. This can help you because they generally contain elements diuretics and tonics. So you can integrate them into a crash diet, perfect for a week. Here, the feed will be quite low in calories, suppressing the amount of carbohydrates and adding many vegetables. Great for take off a couple of kilos in no time.

Sample menu:

Breakfast: A smoothie of pineapple and sage, a red tea and a slice of toast.
Lunch: Chicken with lemon and steamed vegetables. A fruit for dessert.
Afternoon: A red tea smoothie and a yogurt and watermelon 0%
Dinner: Salmon marinade and a salad. Gelatin dessert.

You can drink as much tea as tea without sugar per day whenever you want. This is just an example of a diet, you can toggle the chicken breast or other lean meat substitutes like soy burgers vegetables or lentils, among others.
