Why are risky the protein's diets




Protein diets in general and in particular Dukan, go through a boom rarely seen. There are millions who have joined the fashionable protein diet by Dr. Pierre Dukan. However, once again, it is risky to remember why the protein diet. While proteins are central to the constitution of the body, excessive consumption of the same, overload vital organs may be altered functions. Note that the adverse effects of high protein diets can compromise your health.

Protein diets promise dramatic weight loss in a short time, thanks to the severe restriction of carbohydrates and fats. Basically, it is unbalanced diets from protein intakes above 15% of the total recommended daily calorie intake.

This is done at the expense of a drastic reduction in the consumption of carbohydrates and fats. Thus, the body is forced to use fat stores for energy to get through the mobilization of the same.

While this may be effective for weight loss in the first instance, in the long term affects vital body functions, as overloading organs like the kidneys and liver may suffer significant consequences. At the same time, have adverse effects on the functions that depend on adequate supplies of fats and carbohydrates, as they are immediately limited.

The organs most vulnerable to this restriction are the muscles and brain. Hence, this type of diet affects both physical and psychic status, being usual fatigue and deterioration of overall performance.
